Overview
At stillnice.shop, we want you to love your purchase. Our marketplace sellers set their own return policies, but we mediate disputes to ensure fairness. Items must be pre-loved fashion (clothing, shoes, bags, accessories).
Buyer Returns (14-Day Window)
Eligible for return within 14 days if:
- Item arrives significantly different from photos/description (size, condition, brand)
- Item is damaged or defective upon arrival
- Wrong item shipped
NOT eligible for return:
- Change of mind or “doesn’t fit well”
- Worn, washed, or used items
- Personalized/custom items
- Intimate apparel (underwear, swimwear)
- Final sale items marked by seller
Return Process
- Contact seller within 14 days via Messages with photos of issue
- Seller responds within 48 hours with return instructions/label
- Buyer pays all return shipping costs – ship back within 7 days of approval
- Seller inspects and processes refund within 3 business days
Refunds
- Full refund (minus original + return shipping) for seller errors/defects
- Partial refund for minor condition issues (negotiated)
- Issued to original payment method or store credit
- Processing takes 3-10 business days
Seller Refunds (Payout Protection)
- Sellers receive payout 7 days after delivery
- If return approved, payout adjusted or reversed
- Shipping disputes reviewed case-by-case with tracking proof
Damaged in Shipping
- File claim with carrier immediately
- Keep packaging/photos
- We assist with insurance claims
