Refund and Returns Policy

Overview
At stillnice.shop, we want you to love your purchase. Our marketplace sellers set their own return policies, but we mediate disputes to ensure fairness. Items must be pre-loved fashion (clothing, shoes, bags, accessories).

Buyer Returns (14-Day Window)

Eligible for return within 14 days if:

  • Item arrives significantly different from photos/description (size, condition, brand)
  • Item is damaged or defective upon arrival
  • Wrong item shipped

NOT eligible for return:

  • Change of mind or “doesn’t fit well”
  • Worn, washed, or used items
  • Personalized/custom items
  • Intimate apparel (underwear, swimwear)
  • Final sale items marked by seller

Return Process

  1. Contact seller within 14 days via Messages with photos of issue
  2. Seller responds within 48 hours with return instructions/label
  3. Buyer pays all return shipping costs – ship back within 7 days of approval
  4. Seller inspects and processes refund within 3 business days

Refunds

  • Full refund (minus original + return shipping) for seller errors/defects
  • Partial refund for minor condition issues (negotiated)
  • Issued to original payment method or store credit
  • Processing takes 3-10 business days

Seller Refunds (Payout Protection)

  • Sellers receive payout 7 days after delivery
  • If return approved, payout adjusted or reversed
  • Shipping disputes reviewed case-by-case with tracking proof

Damaged in Shipping

  • File claim with carrier immediately
  • Keep packaging/photos
  • We assist with insurance claims
